This app is absolutely ATROCIOUS. The message function is beyond broken. Have to force close the app repeatedly to navigate. Notifications are broken too. I only use because my company requires it. This app is impressively bad. If you are a dealer I would advise you to find another solution.
Doesn't even let you log in.
Horrible app, I am being charged monthly and no calls are coming thru additional to this app going blank. I have uninstalled it several times and still a blank screen. This is Horrible money down the drain 😡
Mobile doesn't let me login through Google. Seems like I am unable to login through phone when I login on desktop through Google.

They raised my price by 50% with no warning and no explanation of any additional benefits I would be receiving. This was just a couple months after I had negotiated a price with them. Their customer service is terrible. Avoid working with this company!
I use CallRail for work and it's absolutely useless on mobile. Why bother having an app if the live call doesn't even ring your phone?
Can't even log in says wrong password
